Meeting with Vice Prime Minister Francisco Kalbuadi Lay

I was pleased to be welcomed by Vice Prime Minister Francisco KaLbuadi Lay on my trip to Dili last week. We discussed various items, including the fine-tuning of our Special Investment Agreement with the Timor-Leste Government for East Timor Trading's new investment, which will offer innovative infrastructure facilities and increased employment.
